A ten hour package exploring the different stages of the grief cycle.
Arranged over five sessions, we explore shock and disbelief, anger and denial, sadness and depression, acceptance, and restarting. We also explore what each letter from the word ‘grief’ means to us, and how it ties into the stage we are talking about.
The talking is complimented with some sound healing that is appropriate for each session and stage.
These sessions allow for frank conversations about all kinds of loss, and we lift the lid on the emotional body and how we can support it through this very natural part of life upon Earth.
